Our property has a fully enclosed backyard with a large inground pool that goes from 3' deep to 8' deep. Also, there is a new, private outdoor shower.
The first floor has a sitting area with a view of the lake through a 12-foot bay window
and an overstuffed, deep sofa in front of a large smart TV and a set of reading chairs flanking the fireplace.
The kitchen has just been updated with Quartz counters and new Stainless Steel appliances. Preparing dinner will be comfortable and easy in this kitchen as it has open views and access to the yard and pool. A new full bathroom and new full-sized washer and dryer complete the first floor.
Upstairs you will find three private bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has twin-over-Queen bunk beds and the other bedroom has a full bed. The fourth bedroom is on the first floor with a desk. Our property sleeps a maximum of 8 guests. We do have central air conditioning but have added window units in each upstairs room to supplement.
